Chris Hower works in DPS Telecom's technical support department, where he has become well known to our clients for his dedication to solving their problems rapidly and efficiently.
During his years at DPS, Chris has performed on-site installations throughout the United States and Canada, and he has taught training classes at every installation. As a teacher Chris demonstrates exactly the same concern for the client and end user that he shows in his work in technical support.
Chris has a thorough knowledge of all DPS equipment, derived from his daily close contact with the engineers who design it. Chris's expertise, combined with his appreciation of real-world issues, has trained hundreds of people to use DPS Telecom equipment successfully.
