I just wanted to tell you that your tech support people are the best! I recently had trouble trying to get 3 AlphaMax 82A's to work and was on the phone with Ron and Chris (2 different days) and couldn't be more happy with their patience and help. It was resolved that the newer firmware doesn't seem to work with our paging system here in New Hampshire. Between the both of them they had tried several scenarios before coming to this conclusion. Chris sent me some new firmware chips to change out and now the units work fine!
I explained to them that we only owned 5 AlphaMax 82A's and that I knew they had customers that had many more so if they needed to help them first I would understand. They said it didn't matter if we owned 1 or 100 that the support is the same. That was comforting to know!
It seems that whenever someone does something bad or poor that everyone is willing to complain but whenever people go the extra mile to help customers (as Ron and Chris did) that should be noted as well.
