Reserve Your Seat TodayOne of the nice things about being President is that I get to be the first to announce new products that our engineers have worked so hard to develop.
DPS has been a provider of Orderwire systems for almost 10 years. We are now pushing Orderwire to the next level.
We've taken all of the standard Orderwire features that companies have come to expect from DPS gear and moved them to an IP platform.
This extends Orderwire functionality to an entirely new set of networks, allowing for more effective communications between techincal and operational staff.

The NetGuardian 216 family is getting larger every day. For a number of years, the NetGuardian 216 has hit a "sweet spot" for monitoring our client's critical - yet lower capacity - sites. We have now migrated those monitoring capabilities into a number of extensions and integration products.
Extensions take the form of converting the 216 G2 into a 216 G3 with web browser and more analogs points (both external and integrated sensors). They also include repackaging to take advantages of other transport such as Fiber and T1. Why not extend your LAN to both report alarms and let other devices have access to the WAN?
As good as extensions are, it's the integration projects that really have an opportunity to "pick up" monitoring at a relatively small incremental cost - when you are on a completely different project. For example, if you wanted to have remote 110VAC power switching to reset a router AND bring back 16 alarm points from that site, you could use the NetGuardian 216 RP. Likewise, you could use our VOIP Orderwire with alarms and analog collection built-in.
This expansion of the NetGuardian 216 family is making it easier and easier to monitor your small critical sites.

Continuing education is important in virtual every professional endeavor to keep current with products and technologies. In fact, you are probably one of the many organizations that either encourage it or mandate some amount of training.
DPS has several methods in which to expand your knowledge on all things monitoring, depending on your particular solution:
It is our belief that to maximize the use out of anything, you have to go deeper than the basics. Therefore, we have invested considerable resources into this type of ongoing educational program. Don't hesitate to take advantages of these resources!
