I wish to take this opportunity to express my thanks to you and the entire staff at DPS for your excellent support from the time we installed our alarm system back in 1995 and during our recent alarm network upgrade.
ATC Microwave operates a state wide common carrier microwave system in Washington. The system uses KDA's and DPM's to monitor 20 remote communications facilities. That number will continue to grow. The KDA and DPM remotes have performed flawlessly, and give us excellent capacity for monitoring and control at our individual equipment facilities.
We are very pleased with the presentation and capabilities of the T/MonXM Master. Our monitoring center runs very smoothly as a result of its paging capabilities and the way information is organized into multiple "windows" categories. We are especially pleased with the ability to access the T/MonXM while the engineers are away from the monitoring center. A laptop and telephone line or cell phone are all that's required.
Equipment we have received from DPS performs exactly as required.
DPS has the best customer and tech support of any vendor I have worked with in the twenty-five years I have been in the industry. Whenever any of our people have called for assistance, our needs were quickly taken care of. I wish that all vendors support were as good as yours were.

I want to express my appreciation for a job well done. The development of the QA processor and programming have provided AT&T an efficient and manageable QA system. Your foresight has enabled us to monitor, detect non-databased sites, add, delete and clear alarms remotely.
These enhancements provide a means to know how the system is operating and maintain integrity within the system. Because of the liability associated with the obstruction lighting on the AT&T towers, the integrity and reliability become very important.
It has been a real pleasure working with you on this project. You were always listening to my comments and willing to add enhancements when feasible. Your professionalism was beyond reproach and I know DPS is proud to have you on their team. I'm glad you guys are a part of our team.
